Aha Trivia (Stuff Everyone Should Know) is run by Keylink IT, doing business as Aha Trivia. Playing Aha Trivia is free. These terms cover the paid memberships, written as plainly as we can.

Memberships

One test: a 12-month Test Pass at the price on that test. Citizenship $15.99, a driver's permit $7.99, Part 107 $24.99, CDL $12.99, Private Pilot $24.99, Ham Technician $9.99. It opens that test only and does not renew.
Aha Premium: $3.49 a month, $29.99 a year or $99.99 once for lifetime access. Every card of every test (the first 50 of each test are free for everyone), timed practice exams, one new deck a day (free accounts: one a week) and no house ads.
Aha Family: $59.99 a year. Aha Premium for up to 6 people in one household, kids included.
Aha Teacher: $29.99 a year. Aha Group: $199 a year for up to 30 members.
Aha School: $499 a year for a whole school.

Sales tax is added where it applies. Free play stays free: memberships add features, they never take the game away.

Who sells it and how you pay

Memberships are sold through Stripe's Link service ("Sold through Link"). Link is the seller on your receipt: it takes the payment, collects and pays sales tax, sends receipts and answers payment questions at support.link.com. Your card statement says LINK.COM* Aha Trivia.INFO. Questions about Aha Trivia itself go to [email protected].

Renewals and cancelling

Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically until you cancel. Aha Premium lifetime is one payment and does not renew. A Test Pass is one payment for 12 months and does not renew.
Cancel any time from your profile (Manage subscription) or at link.com. You keep the membership until the end of the period you paid for.
If a payment fails, we and Stripe will ask you to update your card; the membership ends if it stays unpaid.

Founder offers

Only the first 100 members get the monthly plan free for life. After that, the plans are the displayed prices: $3.49 a month or $99.99 once for a lifetime pass. Members who already have a half-price founder price keep it under the same rules.
The $99.99 lifetime plan has its displayed one-time price and does not use founder discounts.
Places go in the order checkout is finished. The live count is on the Subscribe page.
"For life" means for as long as the membership stays active and the account plays at least once a month (one answered card). If it is cancelled, lapses, or 30 days pass with no play, the founder price ends and the place is not given to anyone else.
Promo codes work the same way, for the plans and number of people the code allows. One discount per membership.
Founding Members get the Founding Member badge while their membership is active.

Refunds

Ask within 30 days of a payment and we refund it in full. The refund is unconditional: no score report, proof or explanation is required. Email [email protected] or ask Link support.

Kids

Kids under 13 never see a checkout. A parent or guardian buys Aha Family for the household.

The fine print

Aha Trivia is for learning. It is general information, not professional advice, and an Aha Trivia certificate is not an official credential.
We may change prices or these terms for new purchases. If a change affects your membership, we tell you before your next renewal, and founder prices stay as promised.
Be kind and play fair: accounts that cheat, abuse other players or misuse the site can be closed, with a refund of any unused paid time.
